Volleyball Preview: Walter Johnson Wildcats vs. Whitman Vikings

Walter Johnson has been on the road for two straight, but on Tuesday they'll finally head home. They will welcome the Whitman Vikings at 6:30 p.m. After both made easy work of their previous opponents, one won't be so lucky on Tuesday.

Last Thursday, Walter Johnson made easy work of Blake and carried off a 3-0 win.

Walter Johnson's not only won, but also showed off some consistency: keeping Blake between 14 and 16 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-14, 25-15.

Walter Johnson can attribute much of their success to Celiana Caraballo De Jesus, who had six digs and six aces. The dominant performance gave Caraballo De Jesus a new career-high in aces. The team also got some help courtesy of Sofia Silberfeld, who had seven digs and 11 assists.
