Volleyball Recap: Dugway Comes Up Short

Dugway extended their losing streak to four on Saturday, dropping them down to 2-18. They lost 3-0 to the Green River Pirates. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Pirates this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

As for Green River, the win snapped their losing streak at nine matches and leaves them with a 5-15 record. They not only won on Saturday, but they posted their biggest win since September 4th (when they won 3-0).

Rosa Barragan went supernova, getting 12 digs and seven aces. Those seven aces gave her a new career-high.

Dugway didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Monument Valley on the 18th. As for Green River, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Escalante on the 18th.
