It was a good run, but Flatonia unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Friday. They fell just short of the Weimar Wildcats by a score of 2-1. The Bulldogs were not able to make up for their loss to the Wildcats from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Flatonia's defeat dropped their record down to 7-13. As for Weimar, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-8 record this season.

Coincidentally, Flatonia and Weimar will both be playing Lexington the next time they take the court. The Bulldogs will head out to face the Eagles at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Wildcats will play them later in the day, at 3:00 p.m.
