Chicago Vocational had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 36 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Wednesday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Simeon Wolverines a 24-0 shutout. Considering the Cavaliers have won three contests by more than 23 points this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Chicago Vocational's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Simeon, their loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 6-11.
