After a string of three wins, Blazer's good fortune finally ran out on Monday. They fell 5-2 to the Russell Red Devils.

Blazer's defeat dropped their record down to 12-16. As for Russell, they pushed their record up to 17-11 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Blazer will challenge Raceland at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Rams will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something the Tomcats surely won't give up without a fight. As for Russell, they will face off against East Carter at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Red Devils are facing the Raiders at the right time seeing as the Raiders are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
