Baseball Recap: Jefferson Takes a Loss

Jefferson lost against Grant on Wednesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Democrats lost 16-1 to the Generals. The Democrats' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it four in a row.

Jefferson's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Grant, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-6 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Jefferson is set to face off against their familiar foe Roosevelt at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Grant will challenge rival Lincoln at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
