Basketball Recap: Livingston Collegiate Academy Comes Up Short

Livingston Collegiate Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They took a 49-41 hit to the loss column at the hands of the L.W. Higgins Hurricanes. The Wolves were probably out for revenge after losing 69-63 to them when the teams met back in January of 2020, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Livingston Collegiate Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-13. As for L.W. Higgins, the win snapped their losing streak at seven games and leaves them with a 5-19 record.

Livingston Collegiate Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 79-23 defeat against McDonogh 35 on the 10th. As for L.W. Higgins, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 70-54 loss against East Iberville on the 10th.
