Basketball Recap: Rancho Dominguez Comes Up Short

Rancho Dominguez was the 62-52 winner over Narbonne when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Rancho Dominguez Lobos fell to the Narbonne Gauchos 60-56.

Cash Stokley had a dynamite game for Narbonne, shooting 5-for-8 from deep and dropping a double-double on 27 points and ten rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Quamare Meadows, who made all 5 shots he took for 12 points.

Rancho Dominguez's loss was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 5-12. As for Narbonne, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 7-11 record this season.

Rancho Dominguez has already played their next game, a 58-57 defeat against Gardena on the 22nd. As for Narbonne, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 62-61 victory against Gahr on the 18th.
