Basketball Game Preview: St. Thomas Episcopal Saints vs. North Forest Bulldogs

St. Thomas Episcopal took a loss when they played away from home last Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Saturday. They enjoyed a cozy 75-59 victory over Veritas Academy.

Meanwhile, North Forest was beaten by Mickey Leland College Preparatory Academy for Young Men 76-30 on Saturday.

St. Thomas Episcopal's win was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-2. The home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 72.8 points this season. As for North Forest, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Things could have been worse for St. Thomas Episcopal, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 74-58 loss to North Forest in their previous matchup back in November of 2018. Can the Saints avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
