St. George was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 18th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Rivers Red Wings, falling 16-5. On the bright side, the five- run effort marked the Dragons' highest-scoring matchup to date.

James Bistline was cooking despite his team's loss, going 3-for-4 with three runs and one RBI. Nate Walsh also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.

St. George's record is now 0-9. As for Rivers, their victory ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-10.
