Basketball Game Preview: Williamson Marauders vs. East Rochester Bombers

Williamson is 0-10 against East Rochester since December of 2018 but things could change on Thursday. The Williamson Marauders will host the East Rochester Bombers at 7:00 p.m.

Last Wednesday, Williamson was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 47-42 to Lyons. While losing is never fun, the Marauders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 448th, while the Lions are ranked 96th).

Meanwhile, East Rochester was able to grind out a solid win over Red Creek on Friday, taking the game 53-40. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bombers.

East Rochester now has a winning record of 9-8. As for Williamson, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 3-4.
