Softball Recap: Houston Tigers vs. West County Bulldogs
Houston entered their tilt with West County with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the West County Bulldogs on Thursday and snuck past 4-3.
Lilly Kincaid made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she tossed seven innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off five hits. Kincaid was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 3-for-4.
In other batting news, Makinley Aaron was incredible, going 2-for-4 with a triple, two RBI, and a run.
Houston's victory was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 20-4. As for West County, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-9.
