Palmyra-Eagle's last matchup with Deerfield could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's game on Thursday. The Panthers came up short against the Demons, falling 11-1. The game snapped a strange streak: the last three times these teams have met, it?s been the away team that?s taken home the W.

Palmyra-Eagle now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Deerfield, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-1.
