Softball Recap: Eldorado Takes a Loss

Eldorado played against Fairfield on Tuesday and lost via forfeit.

Eldorado is on a 27-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-12. As for Fairfield, their win bumped their record up to 10-12.

Coming up, Fairfield will challenge Frankfort at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Mules' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Redbirds have averaged an impressive 8.2 runs per game this season. Eldorado will be paying especially close attention to Fairfield's contest: after Fairfield faces off against Benton, they'll take on Eldorado again at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
