Granite Hills put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. Everything went their way against the Academy of Careers & Exploration Eagle as the Granite Hills Cougars made off with a 10-1 win. The Cougars have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Eagle, too.

Granite Hills got a massive performance out of Brody Reeves, who scored a run and stole two bases while going 3-for-3. Travon Jackson Jr was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing three bases while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

Granite Hills always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .548. That was just more of the same: they've now posted an OBP of .516 or higher every time they've taken the field this season.

Granite Hills' victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Academy of Careers & Exploration, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Looking ahead, Granite Hills is taking a road trip to square off against Redlands at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Academy of Careers & Exploration, they will host Burroughs at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
