Baseball Recap: Roosevelt Takes a Loss

Roosevelt fell victim to Sleepy Hollow and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They fell just short of the Horsemen by a score of 2-0. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Sharks haven't been shut out since back in March.

Roosevelt's loss was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Sleepy Hollow, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 11-7.

Roosevelt does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Sleepy Hollow, they will head out to challenge Gorton at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
