The match pitted two dominant backs against one another in Garrett Sherrell and Logan Shoffner. Sherrell had a great game and gained 279 total yards and three touchdowns. Meanwhile, Shoffner was balling out in the loss, rushing for 196 yards and a touchdown while picking up 7.5 yards per carry.
Meanwhile, Hamilton Southeastern strolled past Franklin Central with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 19-3.
It was another big night for Jalen Alexander, who rushed for 116 yards and a touchdown.
Brownsburg's win on Friday bumped their record up to 8-0. Hamilton Southeastern has been no stranger to the win column this season, as they've started out with wins in seven of their first eight contests, giving them a 7-1 record.
