It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but St. Peter ultimately got the result they hoped for on Wednesday. They skirted past the Monsignor Farrell Lions 3-2. The victory continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Lions: they've now won four in a row.

The team relied heavily on Justin Levine, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with one stolen base and one RBI. Salvatore Fragiglio was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one double and one RBI.
