Union Mine managed to keep up with Amador until halftime on Wednesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Union Mine Diamondbacks came up short against the Amador Buffaloes, falling 3-0. The Diamondbacks haven't had much luck with the Buffaloes recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.

Union Mine's record now sits at 2-13-1. As for Amador, with the victory, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 6-11.

Union Mine will head out on the road to square off against Galt at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Galt's favor is that they have posted at least four goals in their last five matches. As for Amador, they will look to defend their home pitch on Friday against El Dorado at 6:30 p.m.
