Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Vidor). They never let the West Orange-Stark Mustangs get on the board and left with a 19-0 victory on Tuesday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Pirates considering their one-run performance the matchup before.

Not much got past Alex Parish, who gave up just two hits and racked up ten Ks to keep West Orange-Stark off the board. Parish has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in four consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Noah Rains and Tanner Hanks did most of the damage at the plate: Rains scored three runs and stole a base while going 3-for-4, while Hanks scored three runs and stole two bases while getting on base in four of his six plate appearances. Those three hits gave Rains a new career-high. Jett Brucia was another key player, scoring two runs while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances.

Vidor always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .609. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Vidor moved to 13-9 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak. As for West Orange-Stark, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost ten of their last 11 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-13-1 record this season.

Vidor will have a chance to go back-to-back against West Orange-Stark: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
