After flying high against Harriton on Monday, Lower Merion came back down to earth. The Aces fell just short of the Conestoga Pioneers by a score of 3-2 on Wednesday. The Aces' loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Lower Merion's defeat dropped their record down to 10-5. As for Conestoga, the win got them back to even at 6-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lower Merion will take on Haverford at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday. The Fords will roll in looking for their 16th straight victory, something the Aces surely won't give up without a fight. As for Conestoga, they will face off against Ridley at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday.
