Baseball Recap: Northern Adirondack Bobcats vs. Ticonderoga Sentinels
Northern Adirondack was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 26-2 to the Ticonderoga Sentinels. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Sentinels this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 11-3 on Monday.
Northern Adirondack saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Emmitt Leclair, who went 1-for-2 with one run and one RBI.
Northern Adirondack's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Ticonderoga, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-2.
Northern Adirondack has already played their next matchup, a 20-1 defeat against Beekmantown on the 2nd. As for Ticonderoga, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 14-7 loss against Peru on the 2nd.
