Basketball Recap: Whitney Comes Up Short + How To Watch

It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 66-23, which was the final score in the Whitney Wildcats's tilt against the Fullerton Indians on Tuesday. The contest marked the Wildcats' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Fullerton got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Braxton Wink out in front who went 6-for-7 to rack up 16 points. Thanks to that strong game, Wink now owns an excellent 42.9% three-point shooting accuracy. Another player making a difference was Luka M Serratos, who shot 55% from the field en route to 12 points and eight boards.

Whitney's defeat dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Fullerton, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a massive bump to their 6-5 record this season.

Whitney has already played their next matchup, a 59-40 win against Loara on the 11th. As for Fullerton, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 50-45 victory against Troy on the 10th.
