Fallston came into their game on Wednesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 11-5 to Bohemia Manor. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Cougars have suffered against the Eagles since May 5, 2016.

For Bohemia Manor's part, Austin Farrow spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered four earned (and one unearned) runs on eight hits and racked up seven Ks.

At the plate, Bohemia Manor let Brayden Valle and Luke Yates run wild. Valle scored three runs and stole a base while going 4-for-5, while Yates went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, three RBI, and one triple. Colton Leitgeb was another key player, scoring two runs while going 1-for-4.

They weren't the only ones working in the hit department: Bohemia Manor kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. That's the most hits they've managed all season.

Fallston's defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 3-2. As for Bohemia Manor, their win bumped their record up to 3-1.
