Soccer Recap: Walnut Grove Comes Up Short

After flying high against Winder-Barrow last Friday, Walnut Grove came back down to earth. The Walnut Grove Warriors lost 4-0 to the Jefferson Dragons on Tuesday. The defeat continues a trend for the Warriors in their matchups with the Dragons: they've now lost six in a row.

Walnut Grove now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Jefferson, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, Walnut Grove will welcome Johns Creek at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Jefferson, they will head out on the road to square off against Lakeside at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
