Princeton was handed a heart-breaking two-run loss in their last match, but they sure didn't let that happen against Chisago Lakes Area on Monday. The Tigers never let the Wildcats get on the board and left with a 9-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won five games by six runs or more so far this season.

Princeton's win bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Chisago Lakes Area, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Princeton will host Monticello at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Magic will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something the Tigers surely won't give up without a fight. As for Chisago Lakes Area, they will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against North Branch at 7:00 p.m. The Wildcats are facing the Vikings at the right time seeing as the Vikings are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
