Baseball Recap: Mason Takes a Loss

Mason was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They came up short against the Paden Pirates, falling 18-1. That's two games in a row now that the Eagles have lost by exactly 17 runs.

Mason's defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Paden, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 12-5.

Coincidentally, Mason and Paden will both be playing Leflore the next time they take the field. The Eagles will host the Savages on Thursday, while the Pirates will play them later in the day, at 11:00 a.m.
