Softball Recap: South Houston Takes a Loss

South Houston was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 26th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Sam Rayburn Texans, falling 21-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Texans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 31-15 back in February.

South Houston's record is now 0-14. As for Sam Rayburn, their win ended a seven-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 4-15.

Coincidentally, South Houston and Sam Rayburn will both be playing Alvin the next time they take the field. South Houston will host Alvin at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, while Sam Rayburn will host them at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
