Softball Recap: Rancho San Juan Trailblazers vs. Marina Mariners
Rancho San Juan can now show off nine landslide victories after their most recent contest on Thursday. They never let the Marina Mariners onto the board and left with a 19-0 victory. The win was nothing new for Rancho San Juan as they're now sitting on three straight.
Rancho San Juan let Gwynn Lizama and Delylah Magdaleno loose on the outfield. Lizama went 4-for-4 with a home run and two doubles, while Magdaleno went 3-for-4 with a home run, a triple, and a double. The team also got some help courtesy of Alyssa Hernandez, who got on base in four of her six plate appearances with a home run and a double.
Rancho San Juan pushed their record up to 12-6 with that victory, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Marina, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-13.
