Basketball Recap: Colebrook Academy Skates Past Gorham with Ease

Colebrook Academy won the last time they faced Gorham and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Colebrook Academy Mohawks claimed a resounding 65-19 victory over the Gorham Huskies. The Mohawks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matches by 22 points or more this season.

Colebrook Academy has also been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.3 points per game. As for Gorham, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-8.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Colebrook Academy will take on Littleton at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Littleton will roll in looking for their 13th straight win, something Colebrook Academy surely won't give up without a fight. As for Gorham, they will square off against Pittsburg at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
