Spry Community Links is headed into Monday's matchup looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their 15th straight game dating back to last season on Thursday. They were beaten by Little Village 71-13. While losing is never fun, Spry Community Links can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 749th, while Little Village is ranked 222nd).

Meanwhile, Cristo Rey Jesuit had to suffer through a 66-24 loss at the hands of Westmont. The Cristeros have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
