Mercer and Wilmington are an even 5-5 against one another since October of 2018, but likely not for long. The Mustangs will face off against the Greyhounds at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

While Mercer's victory against Sharon wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Mustangs never let the Tigers get on the board and left with a 1-0 win on Thursday. Mercer haven't had any issues with Sharon recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, Wilmington got the win against Sharpsville on Wednesday by a conclusive 3-0. Wilmington might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine contests by three goals or more this season.

Wilmington's win bumped their record up to 16-3. As for Mercer, their victory bumped their record up to 11-4-1.

Mercer couldn't quite get it done against Wilmington in their previous matchup back in September as they fell 2-0. Can the Mustangs avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
