Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only St. Mary's Prep walked away with it. They came out on top against the North Farmington Raiders by a score of 3-1 on Thursday. Winning may never get old, but the Eaglets sure are getting used to it with their 26th in a row.

St. Mary's Prep was dominant in they sets they won, taking each by at least 12 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-12, 23-25, 25-10.

Avery Kapeller paced St. Mary's Prep's offense, picking up 27 kills. Kapeller got some help from Lindsey Schwegman and her 45 assists. Anna Blazic controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

St. Mary's Prep's win bumped their record up to 34-6-4. As for North Farmington, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 15-22-1 record this season.

As of now, neither St. Mary's Prep nor North Farmington have any future games scheduled.
