St. Andrew had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 28.3 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They came within four points of losing the streak, but they secured a 50-46 W against the Cistercian Hawks. Given the Highlanders' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 254th, while the Hawks are ranked 630th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

St. Andrew's victory bumped their record up to 18-8. As for Cistercian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-14.

St. Andrew's didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 58-50 win against Episcopal School of Dallas on the 15th. Cistercian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
