After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Irvine, Laguna Hills was happy to have turned things around on Friday. In a tight game that could have gone either way, they made off with a 31-30 win over the St. Margaret's Tartans. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Hawks considering their seven-point performance the matchup before.

Laguna Hills now has a winning record of 3-2. As for St. Margaret's, this is the second loss in a row for them and also nudges their season record down to 3-2.

Laguna Hills and St. Margaret's will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Hawks are set to challenge their familiar foe Huntington Beach at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, St. Margaret's will square off against rival Segerstrom at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
