Basketball Recap: Boscobel Comes Up Short

Boscobel was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 53-50 heartbreaker at the hands of the Riverdale Chieftains. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Bulldogs have suffered since January 7th.

Boscobel's defeat dropped their record down to 3-17. As for Riverdale, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-9.

Coming up, Boscobel will face off against Richland Center at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Riverdale, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against River Ridge at 7:15 p.m.
