After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Trona, PAL Academy was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They managed a 44-38 win over the West Shores Wildcats. The Bulls' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Despite the loss, West Shores still got an impressive performance from Danny Rosales, who rushed for 97 yards and one TD on only ten carries.

The victory got PAL Academy back to even at 2-2. As for West Shores, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-4.

PAL Academy and West Shores will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Bulls are set to square off against their familiar foe Hesperia Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, West Shores will challenge rival Warner at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
