Baseball Recap: Raleigh-Egypt Comes Up Short

The Raleigh-Egypt Pharaohs didn't have quite enough to beat the Fairley Bulldogs on Friday and fell 6-5.

Raleigh-Egypt has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-4 record this season. As for Fairley, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-3.

Coming up, Raleigh-Egypt will take on Freedom Prep Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Fairley, they will square off against Southwind on Tuesday.
