West Limestone barely beat Elkmont the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The West Limestone Wildcats' pitchers stepped up to hand the Elkmont Red Devils a 12-0 shutout on Saturday. Considering the Wildcats have won four contests by more than seven runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory got West Limestone back to even at 5-5. As for Elkmont, their loss dropped their record down to 4-3.

West Limestone didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, an 11-0 win against Elkmont on the 8th. As for Elkmont, they have also already played their next matchup, a 5-2 victory against Guntersville on the 8th.
