Soccer Recap: Coastal Academy Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for Coastal Academy's offense. They fell just short of the Army-Navy Warriors by a score of 1-0 on Friday. That's two games in a row now that the Stingrays have lost by just one goal.

Coastal Academy's loss dropped their record down to 3-6-3. As for Army-Navy, their win ended a six-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-9.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Coastal Academy will welcome St. Joseph Academy at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Coastal Academy's last three matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. Army-Navy has already played their next contest (against Bonsall), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
