Carlsbad had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 39 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They walked away with a 55-43 victory over the Clovis Wildcats. This was payback for the Cavemen/Cavegirls, who suffered a 65-51 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Carlsbad pushed their record up to 15-6 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.
