Katy Jackson posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Tuesday. She struck out 16 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits (and not a single walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in 15 consecutive appearances.
