It was a good run, but Ottumwa unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-match winning streak on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Denver Cyclones.

Ottumwa now has a losing record of 9-10. As for Denver, their victory bumped their record up to 30-1.

Ottumwa will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Lincoln at 7:15 p.m. on the 7th. As for Denver, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Waverly-Shell Rock on the 27th.
