Cornerstone Family was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the St. Xavier Rams. The Saints were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Rams apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2014.

After all that action, the final score was 25-10, 28-26, 25-14.

Cornerstone Family's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cornerstone Family will host Whitefield Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for St. Xavier, they will have plenty of time to enjoy the win as they don't play again for a while. They'll take on Newton HomeSchool at 7:00 p.m. on October 7th.
