Soccer Recap: Western Comes Up Short

Western managed to slip by Coral Glades the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Wildcats came up short against the Jaguars on Thursday, falling 5-0. Having soared to a lofty nine goals in the game before, Western's shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Western's loss dropped their record down to 4-8-1. As for Coral Glades, they now have a winning record of 7-6-1.

Coming up, Western will look to defend their home pitch on Monday against Nova at 5:00 p.m. As for Coral Glades, they will welcome Monarch at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Monarch will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Coral Glades surely won't give up without a fight.
