Softball Recap: Los Altos Eagles vs. Mountain View Spartans
Los Altos lost against Mountain View back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Los Altos Eagles suffered a rough 9-3 loss at the hands of the Mountain View Spartans. Los Altos has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Sophia Asar spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and seven unearned) runs on 12 hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive pitching appearances.
