Volleyball Game Preview: Beresford Watchdogs vs. Sioux Falls Lutheran

The Beresford Watchdogs will challenge Sioux Falls Lutheran at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Beresford took a loss when they played away from home last Thursday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Flandreau. The victory continues a trend for the Watchdogs in their matchups with the Fliers: they've now won four in a row.

Beresford walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-13, 25-16, 25-21.

Meanwhile, Sioux Falls Lutheran made easy work of Viborg/Hurley on Thursday and carried off a 3-0 victory.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-7, 25-14.

Beresford's win bumped their record up to 10-12. As for Sioux Falls Lutheran, their victory bumped their record up to 14-8.
