Football Recap: Riverside Starts Season with Defeat at Home + How To Watch

Riverside unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They took a 28-14 bruising from the Rainier Columbians on Saturday.

Although Riverside took the loss, they still got scores from Osmin Barrera and Jeremias Calvillo.

Riverside didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, an 18-12 victory against Vernonia on the 12th. As for Rainier, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 32-26 loss against Willamina on the 12th.
