Baseball Recap: Roby Lions vs. Ira Bulldogs
Roby was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 20-5 to the Ira Bulldogs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Roby of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture last Tuesday.
Roby saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Keegan Encizo, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Kooper McWilliams, who got on base in two of his three plate appearances with two RBI.
