Basketball Recap: Stone Memorial Takes a Loss

Stone Memorial lost against Livingston Academy back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Stone Memorial Panthers fell 59-51 to the Livingston Academy Wildcats. The Panthers just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Stone Memorial's loss dropped their record down to 7-18. As for Livingston Academy, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 16-9.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Stone Memorial will square off against Clarkrange at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Stone Memorial is facing Clarkrange at the right time seeing as Clarkrange is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Livingston Academy, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Wildcats take on the Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
